ACF Annual Regional Conferences
Twenty thousand culinarians covering four regions--that is the membership of American Culinary Federation. Each of the four regions--the Central, Western, Northeast, and Southeast--hosts its own Annual Regional Conference. Chefs, cooks and Foodservice Industry Professionals from all walks consistently attend these shows, which are highly regarded for their distinctive regional flavors.
